"Your Furry Valentine" Contest
As February 14th approaches, we can't help but think of true love and love stories, especially those about our own furry valentines; those little sources of unconditional love. There are stories of kismet, rescue and love at first sight and we want to hear them all! We want you to think back and remember the moment you realized that you and your furry friend were meant to be together.
Was your dog the one from the litter who cried every time that you put him down so you had no choice but to take him home? Were you in a shelter and saw a cat that you had to share your life with, was it love at first sight? Did your dog save you from a burning building? Or, did you find yourself living with a pet who slowly endeared herself to you over time? Last year's entries made us laugh and made us cry and we were touched by all of them. We particularly enjoyed our winning story of how one little Yorkie changed a woman's life in a very big way. We want to reward true love. The best story wins a $200 barker & meowsky prize package, second prize wins a $75 barker & meowsky prize package and third prize wins a $50 barker & meowsky prize package and the winning stories will be published on our website.
